Responsibilities
負責協助處理屋苑或商廈的日常維修及保養工作，包括天花及牆身批灰、牆紙及室內家具油漆修補、防漏/打防水針、鋪設瓷磚、瓦仔、泳池紙皮石、柱躉等；監察供水系統及處理日常水喉潔具工作，如更換水喉、清洗Y型過濾器(洗Y格)、更換閘掣、檢查水泵通渠及更換其零件，確保日常供水系統運作正常等
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card
Employment Terms
$20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, Mon to Sat: 8:30AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
