Responsibilities
負責監督施工情況，每日巡查工地，嚴格監督泥水、油漆、木工、水電等工序的工藝質量;按項目經理的工程時間表落實工作，確保工程如期執行，合理安排各工種進場次序，防止工序衝突;管理物料與工具，處理工地物料的簽收、點存、妥善儲存，並監督施工工具的安全使用;向前線工人或分判商(判頭)解釋施工圖紙(如AutoCAD)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; 懂看圖(如施工圖、水電圖等);熟悉各種裝飾材料特性與施工規範;具良好現場協調與解決突發事故技巧
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $32,000 per month(Depends on exp.), with Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
