General duties of Senior Engineer/Engineer(MVAC)(With Diploma or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services);3 yrs or above relevant working exp in MVAC services)

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; AutoCAD; Proficiency in BIM Applications; Initiative, independent, responsible & good team player;Immediate availability pref,pls indicate notice period on CV

$25,000 - $32,000 per month(Depends on exp. and education level), with Double Pay, Bank Holiday, Annual Leave 12 days, On-the-job Training, Birthday Leave , Study Allowance and Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
