Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Green Card; Electricity Licence C; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services/ Air-conditioning Engineering; With working exp. in Healthcare facilities pref.

$28,000 - $43,000 per month(depends on experience), with Bank Holiday, Incentive Bonus, Mobile Phone Allowance and Transport Allowance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 8 working hours per day, 5 working days per week
