Site Supervisor

負責地盤日常運作, 推進施工進度及監控質量; 協調大判、顧問、業主代表及其他分判工作, 調配前線技工及分判商工人, 確保工程按期交付; 負責現場物料落單、收貨及庫存管理; 安排及跟進測試及驗收程序; 需外勤/戶外工作; 需派駐客戶地點工作 (懂看施工圖; 熟悉水務署基本驗收標準)

Secondary 3; 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; 具10年或以上水喉、渠務及機電工程的地盤打理/管工經驗; 持有適任技術人員證書(TCP T1); 持電工A牌優先

$30,000 - $35,000 per month, with Double Pay and Annual Leave 12 days, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 - 10 working hours per day
