Responsibilities
負責商場及商廈之日常維修及保養工作，包括冷氣、水喉、電力及三行工作; 監管技工及承判商，維持工程部運作暢順及處理突發工程事宜
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 具5年或以上物業維修工作經驗; 持有效電工A牌或B牌; 持有相關工程證書或文憑
Employment Terms
$33,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 7:30AM-4:30PM,2:30PM-11:30PM,11:30PM-8:30AM or 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
