Building Services Engineer

Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination; Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures; Perform site coordination work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors/suppliers and government departments

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering; With technical knowledge in Building Services, MVAC, FS, P&D, electric

$38,000 - $42,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits and Shuttle Bus Service, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 8:00AM-12:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
