Responsibilities
General duties of Site Agent, 負責統籌及協調各外判承建商，監督施工進度及工程質素；確保所有工程按照標書合約規定、合法及有序施工，符合相關法例及安全要求；整理及跟進工程相關文件（包括圖則、施工紀錄、報批文件等）；定期與業主及顧問公司召開會議，匯報工程進度及跟進事宜
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 持有相關工程或建築文憑/證書及T1牌照；5年或以上大廈維修/建築工程管理經驗；熟悉香港建築條例
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $32,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:00PM,Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
