負責協助處理屋苑或商廈的日常維修和保養工作, 專門負責車路泥水 (懂貼馬路磚或地台磚)
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 懂調色，剷除舊漆、批灰及處理鬆脫的漆面，懂塗刷防潮、防水、防霉或抗腐蝕的專用塗料
Employment Terms
$20,800 - $21,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, Working period: 1 month
