Responsibilities
支援營運部門的日常運作，處理日常行政事務，包括製作營運報告/報表、管理辦公室用品、開支/單據紀錄保存、員工休假紀錄管理、保險及牌照續期、檔案管理等
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook; MS Excel; Eng/Chi PC operation; 具良好溝通及組織技巧、工作成熟、有責任心、能獨立處事、工作細心
Employment Terms
$20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Discretionary Bonus and Bank Holiday, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 1小時用膳時間
