Responsibilities
General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard; Handling complaints and enquiries from guests and tenants; Vehicle registration; 負責巡視物業; 確保所有設施運作正常; 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故; 主動與業戶接觸, 維持良好關係
Requirements
Primary 6; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; Green Card
Employment Terms
$19,000 - $19,500 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1500 per month, Night Shift Allowance $1000 per month, Discretionary Bonus(depends on work performance), 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day, 包括1小時用膳時間, 颱風及惡劣天氣需要當值
