Responsibilities
Responsible for providing general customer service support, providing guided tour, handling telephone enquiries, handling visitor enquiries, crowd control and assisting in the execution of events
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, 9:30AM-6:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
