Technician (Facilities Department, C&B Team)

To handle routine repair and maintenance work assigned by the supervisor, including masonry, carpentry, painting, and metalwork; Occasionally responsible for physically demanding sanitation and maintenance tasks, such as garbage clearance, drain unblocking, and sewage treatment; 需在園內駕駛車輛

No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Driving Licence Code 02 - Light Goods Vehicle; Driving Licence Code 01- Private Car; Exp. in property maintenance; work independently, with basic computer operation knowledge pref.;熟練泥木漆藝、設施維修

$20,500 - $21,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Bank Holiday, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, Dental Scheme and 員工飯堂, 8:30AM-5:00PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7.5 working hours per day
