Responsibilities
負責管理洗碗部日常運作及衞生標準, 監督洗碗機操作 (機頭/機尾) 與餐具分類; 帶領洗碗小組成員, 合理分工; 在繁忙時段或人手緊張時親自協助洗碗、餐具分類及清潔工作; 負責指導及培訓新進洗碗員工, 確保團隊符合安全及衞生指引; 監控洗滌劑及清潔用品庫存, 定期檢查洗碗設備運作, 發現故障及時呈報
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $18,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave 1 day, Transport Allowance $400 per month, Meal provided, Medical Benefits and Year-end Bonus, 10:00AM-10:30PM(早更) or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 早更需要落場2-3小時(有員工休息地方)
