Responsibilities
負責照顧服務使用者的起居生活、定期家訪; 協助社工評估申請個案; 協助制訂服務使用者之訓練計劃及處理其行為/情緒問題; 策劃及執行小組、室內及戶外活動; 按時填寫及提交服務使用者的個案紀錄、訓練進度及報告; Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Chinese Typing
Employment Terms
$19,920 per month, with Annual Leave 18 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , On-the-job Training, 每月值夜津貼$1800, 牙科保健, 全薪病假, 2:00PM-10:00PM/ 8:00AM-4:00PM/ 10:00PM-8:00AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 44 working hours per week
