Responsibilities
負責砧板崗位，處理各類食材之切配、醃製及前期預備，確保高質素出品;協助管理食材存貨，定期盤點並確保食材新鮮;嚴格遵守廚房衞生、安全及日常清潔標準;與廚房團隊緊密合作，確保出菜流暢高效;配合菜單開發，適時提供創新菜式及改進建議
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; 具5年或以上知名中餐廳、酒店或同類型餐飲機構工作經驗;具大型宴會烹調經驗
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Birthday Leave , Transport Allowance, Meal provided, Tips and Medical Insurance, 9:00AM-9:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day,6 rest days per month, 落場時間:15:00-17:00
