Responsibilities
負責大廈日常維修保養，定期檢查各種設備系統，緊急維修等；協調和監督承建商工作及協助大廈工程活動安排
Requirements
Primary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 具基本大廈維修保養操作知識；能獨立工作；具一般水電、水喉、木工、油漆、泥水、鐵器工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month(depends on experience), with Good Attendance Bonus, Discretionary Bonus, Overtime Time-off in lieu , Mon to Fri: 7:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, 間中需超時工作
