Responsibilities
獨立負責院舍膳食, 根據營養餐單烹調每日正餐; 製備不同質感食物, 如碎餐及軟餐, 以照顧不同體質的院友; 管理廚房庫存, 訂購食材, 確保環境衞生; 定時提供職員膳食 (具3年或以上大鑊菜或院舍廚務經驗)
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; 熟悉食品安全規範, 能獨立完成烹飪工作; 工作細心, 守時; 具團隊協作精神優先
Employment Terms
$848.00 per day, 7:00AM-3:00PM, 1 - 2 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
