Responsibilities
負責協助廚師準備每日膳食, 包括清洗、切割食材及簡單烹調; 按餐單協助製作正餐、碎餐及軟餐, 確保食物質素與安全; 維持廚房環境清潔衞生, 處理餐具洗滌工序及食材儲存; 於廚師休假時支援日常運作, 確保供餐正常
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; 具基礎烹飪經驗, 對長者膳食工作有熱誠; 工作積極, 守時, 具團隊合作精神
Employment Terms
$830.00 per day, 9:30AM-6:00PM, 2 - 4 working days per week, shift holiday, 8.5 working hours per day
