Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing and processing ingredients, providing advice on ingredient procurement, monitoring ingredient inventory, cooking daily meals for residents and staff, designing daily meal plans, and making adjustments to cooking methods to meet the needs of residents; Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, and ensuring kitchen facilities are functioning properly
Requirements
Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $18,500 per month, 7:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 11 working hours per day
