COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

IMPORTANT: THIS OPPORTUNITY IS STRICTLY 100% COMMISSION-BASED.

There is NO salary, hourly wage, retainer, guaranteed income, upfront payment, or compensation for time worked.

You earn commissions ONLY from completed, qualifying sales.

PHASE 2: POST-PROBATION ADVANCEMENT

Following successful completion of probation and a satisfactory performance review, representatives become eligible for increased commissions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We're seeking proactive sales professionals capable of independently managing the sales process.

Identify and prospect qualified B2B customers.

Generate leads through independent outreach and networking.

Contact business owners, facility managers, purchasing departments, and decision-makers.

Present product benefits and available configurations.

Develop relationships with commercial customers.

Conduct follow-ups and overcome sales objections.

Negotiate within approved company pricing and policies.

Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records.

Identify repeat-purchase and additional product opportunities.

Represent The HandStand Shop professionally and ethically.

WHO WE WANT

COMMISSION PAYMENT POLICY

Transparency is essential. All representatives must understand and accept the following conditions:

1. Completed Sales Only

Commissions are earned exclusively on qualifying sales that have been completed, paid for by the customer, and verified by The HandStand Shop.

2. Absolutely No Upfront Compensation

No salary, hourly wages, advances, retainers, guaranteed payments, or upfront compensation will be provided.

3. Customer Return Protection

Commission payments will be released only after the applicable customer return/refund eligibility period has expired and the transaction remains valid.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise invalid transactions do not qualify for commission payments.

5. Verified Sales Attribution

Commissions apply only to qualifying sales properly attributed to the representative under the independent sales agreement.

6. Written Agreement

Commission rates, probationary requirements, payment timing, sales attribution, and applicable conditions will be established in a written agreement before sales activities begin.

All arrangements are subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
