Remote Chat Support Agent Needed

We're a logistics company, and we're looking for people to answer chat messages on our website. Customers write in with practical questions: where their shipment is, how to change a delivery address, why a payment didn't go through, or how to download an invoice. Most conversations are short, and you'll have a knowledge base and approved reply templates, so you won't need to invent answers on the spot.

We care more about careful reading and clear writing than about experience in logistics. If you can read a question, find the right answer, and reply politely and briefly, you'll fit in well. Training takes about an hour, and we review your first conversations before you work independently.

On a typical shift you'll watch the chat queue and pick up new conversations, read each message carefully, check the shipment or account in our system, and reply using the knowledge base and templates. You'll pass anything you can't resolve to the team lead with a short note on what you've already checked, and log each conversation in our tracking sheet. If a customer is upset, you stay calm and follow the escalation rules rather than improvising.

What matters to us: clear and polite writing in English, attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures and stay consistent, comfort working with a chat queue and a simple dashboard, and reliability, meaning you keep to agreed hours and ask before guessing.
