Hi! We're Ride Forti, a U.S. premium transportation and personal-protection platform. We're hiring a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant to manage our daily call queue in GoHighLevel, support sales and outreach, keep our CRM accurate, and curate and schedule social content.

Responsibilities
- Work the daily call queue, speak with U.S. clients, and set appointments.
- Research leads, conduct outreach, and follow up with prospects.
- Update GoHighLevel contacts, notes, tasks, and pipeline stages accurately.
- Monitor replies and flag qualified opportunities for the team.
- Curate relevant social content, prepare captions, and schedule approved posts.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to support research, writing, and daily productivity.
- Provide clear progress updates and apply feedback consistently.

What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of VA, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience.
- Hands-on CRM experience; GoHighLevel preferred.
- Content-curation and social scheduling experience.
- Clear, confident spoken and written English - you'll speak with U.S. clients daily.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude in your work.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Your own laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- A logistics or transportation background is a big plus.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time.
- Long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Starting rate: $5-$10 per hour, with quarterly raises.
- Initial four-week probationary period.
- A manageable onboarding workload while you learn our processes, with opportunities for greater responsibility as the company grows.
