Responsibilities
於長者日間護理中心工作; 負責會計、出納、文件處理、文儀用品採購、報價及接聽電話查詢; 運用電腦系統處理服務使用者資料及月結工作; 處理及記錄各項統計資料及行政事務; 按需要協助中心日常運作; 一年合約; 可按期續約 (持任何學科副學士學位或文憑 (資歷架構第4級)或香港中學文憑考試5科達第2級或以上(中文及英文))
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; General accounting knowledge; 具兩年文書工作經驗;持有LCCI初級證書或以上資格優先;具良好的中、英文書寫及溝通技巧;具良好人際關係技巧
Employment Terms
$16,170 per month, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week
