Responsibilities
負責為沙田區日間護理中心長者提供健康及護理照顧，管理單位的照顧員，制訂、執行及檢討個人關顧計劃；Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis（截止申請日期為2026年10月22日）
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 持有香港登記護士證書或香港註冊護士證書；持有有效執業證書
Employment Terms
$12,810 per month, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, Employment period from 23/11/2026 to 28/02/2027, 22 working hours per week
