Responsible for the research and development of LLM fine-tuning and alignment algorithms (DPO/RLHF); Design multi-trait Chain-of-Thought reasoning frameworks for automated text evaluation; Apply unsupervised clustering algorithms to analyze text feature vectors; Perform model performance bench marking and optimization; Draft R&D technical documentation and research reports

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Python; JavaScript; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge

$20,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:30PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
