Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support on network infrastructure; Perform network installation, configurations and administration on router, switch and firewall; Monitor network traffic and resolve network issues; Prepare network documentation and reports (Assigned to work in customer site)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $28,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week
