Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Eng/Chi PC operation; Electricity Licence A; With 3 - 5 years repair experience in building maintenance; Familiar with air conditioning, fire services, water and electrical systems

$27,000 - $28,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity, Shift Allowance and Year-end Bonus, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:30PM-11:30PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
