Responsibilities
General IT support duties, hardware/software installation, maintenance and repair, Handling IT enquiries from users, Providing IT technical support and troubleshooting (worksite : control points in HK, HK-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Port))
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; General Internet Knowledge; Eng/Chi PC operation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 有硬件/軟件安裝, 維護及維修知識及經驗優先
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $18,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Bank Holiday, 8:00AM-12:00AM, on shift, shift holiday, 50 working hours per week(including 1 hour meal break per day), 6 days holiday per month
