IT Administrative Clerk

負責跟進客戶訂單, 使用電腦系統輸入資料, 處理文書工作, 協助處理報價單、發票及採購單, 使用Excel處理報表, 一般電郵及電話回覆 (需派駐客戶公司工作)

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Windows operation; MS Excel; English Typing; Changjie / Simplified Changjie input method; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 對IT設備有基本認識, 具相關學歷或工作經驗優先

$15,000 - $17,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
