IT Support Engineer

Responsible for the hospital IT, hardware & clinical system support; Diagnose software, hardware, OS & peripheral issues; Check logs & services to troubleshoot clinical apps; Verify LAN network, power & device connectivity; Set up, configure & replace PCs, printers & scanners; Manage local AD accounts, MDE checks & incident logs; Assist with upgrades, projects & documentation; Communicate clearly & escalate unresolved issues

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; With Diploma in CS/IT, with Bachelor Degree preferred; With 1 year or above exp. in IT support; Follow procedures at work

$12,000 - $22,000 per month(Depends on exp.), with Annual Leave 12 days, Transport Allowance, Medical Insurance, Promotion Opportunity and Bank Holiday, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:30PM, 5 working days per week (Knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, AD, LAN, MDE & troubleshooting)
