System Technical Support Services Engineer (EA)

Provide daily IT infrastructure,system administration & end-user technical support services;Support WebSAMS operations to maintain Windows &Linux servers,MySQL databases,web servers,firewalls & backup systems;Handle troubleshooting & maintenance for hardware,software,servers,networks,system & IT equipment;Assist with the deployment,configuration & maintenance of desktops,servers,software & IT equipment

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years and 3 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; (Prepare IT inventory records,software asset documentation & support procurement activities)

$17,000 - $35,000 per month (depends on experience), with Annual Leave 12 days, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, (管理備份系統、無線網絡及流動裝置)
