Responsible for performing daily maintenance or repair tasks; Maintenance and repair of air conditioning, electrical or plumbing systems

Primary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Painter (ITT); Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Work at Grade A is preferred

$22,000 - $29,000 per month, with Annual Leave 13 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity and Other Allowances/Benefits, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
