Property Manager/ess

Oversee building maintenance, security, cleaning and facilities management, well maintained and efficiently operated;Coordinate maintenance and improvement works;Conduct regular property inspections, arrange preventive maintenance and repairs, and oversee renovation and improvement projects; Manage contractors & procurement;Maintain compliance & safety standards

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Security Personnel Permit; Experience in managing contractors and service providers

$40,000 - $50,000 per month(Depends on experience), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, (Familiarity with property management practices)
