Responsibilities
負責保養、維修及操作屋苑設備系統(包括消防系統、閉路電視系統、照明系統等)，並協助監督承辦商及技術員之工作；負責現場小型維護工作，並為住戶提供協助如更換燈泡、初步的漏水檢查及停電時的電力系統檢查；完成維修記錄並按要求準備定期報告
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; 持電工A牌或B牌及相關牌照
Employment Terms
$28,700 - $29,700 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical Insurance , Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week, 8.3 working hours per day
