General duties of Building Attendant, duty of control room, Patrolling, Visitor registration, Handling complaints and enquiries from guests and residents
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit
Employment Terms
$17,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Annual Leave 10 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, 8:00AM-8:00PM or 8:00PM-8:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day, 無需超時工作
