Responsibilities
負責一般大廈機電/消防/水務/冷氣保養及維修之工作；執行日常預防性保養及定期檢查，確保設備正常運作；診斷及排除技術故障，提供快速有效的解決方案；記錄維修過程、零件使用及工作時間，保持準確的維修紀錄；處理緊急維修(包括非辦公時間)及需外勤工作
Requirements
Primary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $28,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Study Allowance and Transport Allowance, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
