Responsibilities
General duties of Technician, 負責大廈日常巡視、檢查、維修及保養工作, 確保設備正常運作; 執行突發故障處理及緊急應變措施, 快速回應並解決技術問題; 跟進外判承辦商的工作進度與執行情況, 協調現場作業安排; 監管承辦商於施工期間的安全表現與工程質量, 確保符合相關標準; 完成維修及檢查報告, 準確記錄工作進展與異常情況
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$25,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 無需超時工作
