Responsibilities
主要負責油漆工作; 協助大廈及其系統的日常運作及維修保養，負責辦公室及服務式住宅內各項日常維修保養工作
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 持有油漆牌優先
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Good Attendance Bonus $500 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
