Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the building, including regular inspections of building equipment systems (如水電、冷氣、消防等), 處理緊急維修工作及住戶反映事項, 協助監督外判承辦商之工程進度及質量; 負責大廈內部油漆翻新、牆身批盪及泥水修補工作
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; Painter; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; 具2年或以上大廈維修工作經驗, 熟悉油漆及泥水工序, 具油漆及泥水相關工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $24,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Promotion Opportunity, 約滿表現獎金 and 表現良好可以轉為長工, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 合約期: 12個月
