負責維修隊伍的人手管理及工作安排; 帶領隊伍處理日常及緊急故障、維護、保養、修理及改動工作; 監督外判承辦商，確保其依照公司要求及安全準則施工; 定期撰寫簡單設備性能報告; 協助處理相關報價或標書; 執行部門主管指派的工作

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具4年或以上專案管理及維修經驗，有物業管理工作經驗優先

$35,000 - $39,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
