Responsibilities
負責協助拓展本港及大灣區市場的業務，制訂新媒體的內容營銷策略，營運及管理內地社交媒體平台; 負責短視頻的劇本創作、市場分析，制訂並執行面向內地客戶的市場推廣策略; 分析內地房地產政策、經濟數據及市場動態; 為內地及本港客戶提供一站式宏觀分析/諮詢/轉介服務，協調兩地法律、售後及按揭團隊
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Eng/Chi PC operation; Chinese Typing; 有8年或以上策劃營銷工作經驗; 具編寫新媒體內容技巧; 熟悉內地社交媒體運作
Employment Terms
$35,000 - $40,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount and Medical Benefits, 9:30AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 7.5 working hours per day, (協調中港品牌宣傳的協作,參與內部培訓工作)
