Responsibilities
負責日常設備檢查、維修及保養，包括但不限於空調系統、電氣設備、消防設施等；及時回應突發故障，確保設施安全穩定運作；執行預防性維護計劃，提升設備效能與使用壽命；協助團隊完成項目改造及設備升級任務
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Electricity Licence A; 具數據中心、甲級寫字樓、銀行、醫院、酒店、實驗室或工業廠房的維修或運維工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, Marriage Leave 3 days and Shuttle Bus Service, 9:00AM-6:00PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
