Responsibilities
一般高級工程主任工作, 主動解決日常的維修/保養/改善工程; 監察及驗收合約保養承辦商的維修/保養/改善工程; 監察電工/技工執行日常維修及保養工作; 定期巡查檢視建築/屋宇設備設置的情況, 以確保符合法例的要求; 需要時需於緊急事故/颱風期間執行職務; 預備每年保養預算及五年保養預報計劃
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具5年相關工作經驗
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8.2 working hours per day
