Responsibilities
負責檢查、維修和維護物業設施, 包括VRF系統、消防系統、給排水系統和電氣系統; 監督並報告承包商的維修工作; 協助監控維修門禁系統/閉路電視監控系統/緊急發電機等; 處理客人提出的工程方面投訴, 並立即採取有效合理的解決方案
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, Marriage Leave 3 days and Shuttle Bus Service, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 2:00PM-11:00PM or 11:00PM-8:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
