Responsibilities
General duties of Building Supervisor; Handling customers' enquiries, complaints and urgent affairs; Arranging posts for security guards; Supervising front line staff; General clerical work and preparing reports; Controlling and monitoring the security system
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $22,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, 7:30PM-7:30AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day
