Responsibilities
負責制定定期檢查及維修計劃，涵蓋各項屋宇設施(包括電力、冷氣、消防、供/排水系統等)；監管並執行高質素及安全的預防及修補性維修工作；分配及督導技術員完成工作；編製工程部更表；編製維修紀錄及報告；監管外判承辦商的工作，包括其服務質素；安排及管理維修物料及零件儲存
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance and Marriage Leave 3 days, 7:00AM-4:00PM/10:00AM-7:00PM/12:00PM-9:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
