Responsibilities
負責區內公共設施、機電系統及建築設備的日常巡檢、保養與維修；處理水電、照明、通風及其他機械系統的故障；配合營運需求，提供即時技術支援與緊急維修服務；填寫工單紀錄、維修報告及遵守安全作業程序；協助執行預防性維修計劃，確保設施安全高效運作
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Electricity Licence A; 具良好溝通技巧及服務態度
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance and Marriage Leave 3 days, 7:00AM-4:00PM/2:00PM-11:00PM/11:00PM-8:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
