Assistant Branch Manager/ Manageress

Assist in supervising the daily operation of the restaurant, such as sales, staff management, cost control, etc.; Lead the team to provide quality customer service and achieve the company's sales and various operational indicators; Ensure food quality, environmental hygiene and safety (Proactive, responsible at work and with good service skills)

Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; With 3 years or above exp. in catering industry; With exp. in restaurant operation and management

$16,500 - $23,900 per month, with Overtime Allowance, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Performance Award and Promotion Opportunity, 6:30AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
