Responsibilities
負責愉景灣住宅範圍的冷氣、水電及其他雜項之維修保養工作; 對所有電源、電氣、低壓及控制系統進行例行檢查及維護; 進行必要的系統維修和緊急維修
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 持有效私家車及輕型貨車駕駛執照優先; 工作時需穿著制服
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $23,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave 1 day, Discretionary Bonus, Meal provided, Transport Allowance $500 per month, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, 9:00AM-5:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8.5 working hours per day, 長短週
